Grace Thompson holds degrees from Ohio Wesleyan University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and DePaul University. She brings over 8 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and relationship management to her role as Membership Operations Manager.

Prior to joining the MTS team, she held the position of Individual Giving Coordinator at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, where she participated in cultivation and stewardship of individual donors, supported strategic giving and annual giving initiatives, and provided high-level administrative support and database management for the development team. 

Grace strongly believes that building and maintaining meaningful, authentic relationships is essential for the success of mission-driven organizations. At MTS, she works to ensure an exceptional member experience through thoughtful front-line member engagement and support.
