Claire is passionate about building organizational success through stakeholder engagement, program development, and mission-aligned communications strategies to drive impact. Her career has been defined by a commitment to measurable outcomes, including sustained growth in membership, increased fundraising, and enhanced programmatic reach.

Prior to joining the MTS team, Claire held positions with a national foundation and a trade association, and she has held the title of Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) since 2015. Claire values collaboration, curiosity, and creativity in crafting the member experience for MTS. A fervent believer in the collective power of professional communities, she enjoys using a data-informed approach to work toward advancing MTS's important mission.
