2025 EXHIBIT LAYOUT
See Who's Exhibiting
All exhibit tables are sold on a first come, first serve basis. For the latest exhibit layout or to secure a tabletop exhibit, email Desiree Reyes at [email protected] to check availability.
Exhibitor Guidelines Each exhibitor is provided with a skirted six-foot tabletop exhibit. Exhibitors are allowed to bring their own company table cover. (Please do not expect a typical 10x10 booth space - this is a tabletop exhibit set up.)
- Your Exhibit table payment includes ONE registration for an employee to staff the table. Additional registrations can be purchased through the general registration.
- Pull-Up banners are allowed. You are welcome to place anything you wish on your six-foot table if it does not interfere with your neighboring exhibitor in height or width. NOTHING is to be placed in front of or to the side of your table such as literature racks etc.
- Electrical outlet access will be available as an add-on for an additional $25. Electrical access can be added to any table location.
- If you have requested electrical access for your table, please plan to bring a power cord.
- There is no "wall space" for banners to be fixed or hung on the wall behind your table.
- Chairs are NOT provided. There will be room behind each table for 1-2 attendees to stand and greet visitors. Space will be limited behind each table and under for storing your materials and a few boxes.
- Shipping Materials: It is best if everyone brings their exhibit materials with them. However, if you need to send materials ahead of time contact, please contact Desiree Reyes ([email protected]).
