Caisey Hoffman is a dynamic strategic communications professional hailing from San Antonio, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and Policy from Oregon State University. With over six years of experience, Caisey has adeptly navigated the realms of government consulting and the non-profit sector, channeling her passion for fostering positive change through collaboration and innovation.

Prior to her current role at MTS, Caisey distinguished herself as a consultant at Kearns & West, where she honed her skills in stakeholder engagement and project management. Notably, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for a pioneering offshore wind startup, an experience garnered through Columbia University's prestigious Technology Ventures CXO program. Her portfolio also includes orchestrating impactful environmental conferences such as the Inland Ocean Action Summit and the Island Resilience Forum.

A testament to her commitment to advancing impactful initiatives, Caisey has lent her expertise to various ventures, including her stewardship of the science communication non-profit, March for Science. Her specialization lies in collaborative technology, U.S. ocean policy, and leveraging stakeholder engagement for effective outcomes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Caisey is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, having explored & hiked more than half of the U.S. National Parks.
