Janet Stalker - Techsploration

Over the past 15 years, Janet has guided the development of environmental education programs and strategic science communication initiatives to advance ocean literacy in Canada and the United States. She was instrumental in the development of the Canadian Ocean Literacy Strategy and remains an active member of the Advisory Board to the Canadian Ocean Literacy Coalition. She recently was named the Executive Director of Techsploration and is focused on workforce development and empowering young women and gender-diverse youth to explore careers in science, engineering, trades, and technology.
